Brad W. Blumberg, CEO
Mr. Blumberg is the CEO of Smarter Agent, the leading company creating place-based mobile GPS applications. Along with Smarter Agent co-founder Eric Blumberg, they built and operate the first, and now most well-known, mobile GPS real estate search application in the world. Smarter Agent is available on all major wireless carriers in the US and is expanding internationally. Smarter Agent won CTIA's Emerging Technology Award for Best GPS App and also won the Navteq Global LBS Challenge for Commerce/Advertising in both Europe and the Americas. Mr. Blumberg holds several patents for mobile LBS (location-based services) as it relates to place, real estate and advertising. Mr. Blumberg holds an undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric Blumberg, President, Products & Technology
Eric is responsible for the evolutionary digital process, interoperability and R&D behind Smarter Agent's revolutionary location-aware products and services. Prior to Smarter Agent, Eric held Senior Management and Partner positions at Blumberg Architecture/Engineering, a well-known Blumberg family-owned firm with a 35+ year track record of design and construction excellence. Eric also initiated and was Director of the Virtual Design Division at Arquitectonica, an internationally regarded design firm based in Miami. A noted expert in computer animation and technology integration, Eric's work has been exhibited in the Copper-Hewitt Museum in NYC. Eric has also maintained a real estate license since he was 18. Eric has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is the holder of several United States patents.

Todd Eason, Director of Finance
Todd Eason has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience. He has worked for both private-equity backed companies as well as large multi-national operations. His focus includes financial and operations management, process redesign and automation, product pricing and merger and acquisition analysis. Prior to Smarter Agent, Todd was the Senior Vice President of Finance at GHR Systems, a start-up he joined close to its inception. GHR was acquired by Metavante Technologies which was then acquired by Fidelity National Information Systems. Todd started his career at Deloitte Consulting. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The American University in Washington DC and has passed the CPA examination.

Cliff Lavin, Director of Sales
Mr. Lavin has a broad range of experience building companies from concepts to profitable operations, as well as managing their sales and marketing operations. He has served as the CEO of Sovereign Bancor’s First Webbank Direct, GMAC’s Residents Advantage and Oakwood International. Mr. Lavin also brings a wealth of experience in consumer product marketing, financial services, advertising, real estate and other industry segments with previous assignments at General Motors, General Electric, NBC, Mattel, Foote Cone and Belding, and Prentice Hall Publishing. Mr. Lavin has a Masters of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. He also teaches global management at the graduate school level for one of the largest universities in the United States.

Alex Wasilov, Executive Chairman
Prior to Smarter Agent, Alex Wasilov was a Board member of the Intrawest corporation, where he also served as CEO, President and COO.  Prior to joining Intrawest, Wasilov had a signature business career operating worldwide businesses.  He began his career at Eastman Kodak where he ultimately attained the role of chief operating officer for consumer imaging with responsibility over all aspects of a $7 billion entity with a staff of over 10,000 people. From Eastman Kodak, he was recruited to Xerox Corporation as President of emerging markets which included Europe, China, Russia, India, and other parts of the world where he had responsibility for everything from manufacturing through to sales and marketing.  Subsequently, Wasilov was appointed form his board role to the position of President of Rosenbluth International, a travel management company operating in 57 countries with sales in excess of $3 billion. Immediately prior to joining Intrawest, Wasilov was president of Hirtle Callaghan, a $12 billion financial asset management firm for which he had overall management responsibility.  Alex studied at Pennsylvania State University and he earned a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. He currently serves on the board of Jefferson Hospital.
