All three options use Smarter Agent’s patented GPS-triggered search technology to pinpoint your location and find property listings in your immediate area with the touch of a button. You can also search by address, community name, city or zip code if you want to search somewhere other than your GPS location. The "Call to See" button offers real-time access to a real estate professional if you have questions or want to schedule a tour of the property.

Great app makes searching for homes very easy. I would recommend allowing users to enter their own values in addition to the drop down. Or add options under $100,000.
