The partnership means that Listingbook’s 200,000 agents will have access to a state-of-the-art mobile solution that provides a new way for agents to prospect, manage and collaborate with clients, while giving clients and prospects a best in class mobile real estate search experience.

For agents, the app – comprised of native smartphone and tablet applications for both iOS and Android platforms – is included for free as part the premium Listingbook PRO subscription.

The newly integrated mobile app suite is personalized for each agent and is designed to generate new leads, service existing customers, get insight into their clients mobile search activity, and have all client communications go directly to them. Listingbook-On-The-Go will use full Internet Data Exchange (IDX) data and extends the Listingbook proposition of enabling agents to provide consumers with the best and most up-to-date real estate information in a collaborative environment, whether on the web or in a mobile environment.

A key component of this offering is that when a consumer finds a property they like and “favorite” it, that selection will be automatically synchronized with their desktop version of Listingbook. Additionally, Smarter Agent Mobile and Listingbook have developed the ability for a client’s favorites and logins to be recorded in their Agent’s Listingbook “Client Manager,” Listingbook’s patented system that gives agents insight into their clients’ search activities.

Listingbook-On-The-Go – which uses Smarter Agent Mobile’s cascading platform — is personalized and branded for each agent, ensuring that all calls and emails initiated from the app will go to the providing agent. Additionally, the app’s intuitive and easy sharing ensures that agents can invite anyone to use their custom-branded version of Listingbook-On-The-Go, simply by giving their direct link or personal code to their clients and prospects or by posting the links on Facebook, Twitter or other social media sites.
