Ewa Beach, Hawaii: We’ve all dreamed of making this tropical paradise our home. The laid-back vibe, the amazing weather and dreams of afternoons spent surfing or sipping mai tais make Hawaii an amazing place to call home. Using Hawaii Central MLS’s mobile app, we found that $300,000 buys you a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with just a little more than 1,000 square feet. Located just 25 miles from the sunny shores of Waikiki and less than 2 miles from the local beach, means that surfing just may be how you spend your afternoons.

Collingswood, New Jersey: We’re partial to Collingswood, both for it’s walkability and diversity and because it’s the hometown of Smarter Agent. Using the Prudential Fox and Roach mobile app, we found and fell in love with a 4 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with wood floors and a wood burning fireplace. All this within walking distance to a train straight to nearby Philadelphia and Collingswood’s Restaurant Row. And, all for less than $300,000.
