Located just 25 miles from the sunny shores of Waikiki and less than 2 miles from the local beach, means that surfing just may be how you spend your afternoons.
Collingswood, New Jersey: We’re partial to Collingswood, both for it’s walkability and diversity and because it’s the hometown of Smarter Agent. Using the Prudential Fox and Roach mobile app, we found and fell in love with a 4 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with wood floors and a wood burning fireplace. All this within walking distance to a train straight to nearby Philadelphia and Collingswood’s Restaurant Row. And, all for less than $300,000.

If city living is your thing, then you may want to put an offer on this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. We found it using the MRIS mobile app. The property description told us that this 750 square foot apartment, built in 1910, offers beautiful wood floors and puts you within walking distance to public transportation.
Greenville, South Carolina: Located near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Greenville is known for its moderate climate, its downtown arts and culture center, and its outdoor activities. According to the latest real estate listings provided by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors’ mobile app, $300,000 buys you a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home minutes from all the action of downtown. Built in 1998, this home is 2 stories and 2200 square feet.
