Seven companies to offer MLS search from any mobile device

We are thrilled to announce that Realty ONE Group, miHomeSearch, Northern Alabama MLS, The Lucks Group, Linton Hall Realtors, The Stephanie Ellison Team and Roohan Realty are among the latest companies to begin offering mobile search to their agents, brokers and clients.

Consumers are demanding mobile access to real estate. With 1 out of 5 real estate searches happening on mobile devices, according to a study by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and Google, these brokerages and MLS providers decided it was imperative that they meet that demand with a customized mobile search platform.

With the White Label mobile product developed by Smarter Agent, members, agents and consumers can search for available properties based on their current location, price, neighborhood, square footage, lot size, and property type. The listing information is provided directly from the MLS, meaning agents and consumers have access to an accurate, up-to-date source.

The app, which is custom branded to the MLS or brokerage, sends all leads directly to the respective listing agent or office. An application downloader for websites and a custom text code make the app easy to share and download. White Label apps like those developed for this latest round of companies are available on iPhone, Android, tablet, and through mobile web.
