ERA IBC Roundup – How to Share your New Branded ERA Mobile Real Estate App!
The ERA International Business Conference was a great experience and it was very exciting to meet so many agents and brokers who are using the ERA mobile app. A lot has changed in the past year or so since the app was launched and app usage continues to increase at a staggering rate.
I’m sure as you arrive home from the conference, you have started to process all the things you heard and learned. There are so many new tools, techniques, etc that you’ve discovered and it is probably overwhelming to think about what to begin to implement first. I’d like to share with you a quick tool that could transform your business that you can easily implement right now in the next 5 minutes.
In speaking to a lot of agents, it seems as though a lot of you are only using the ERA mobile real estate search app for yourself and not sharing it with you clients. This was surprising to me since this is such a great tool that your clients should know about. Sharing the app is very easy and it only serves to make you look more tech savvy and prepared to serve both sellers and buyers.
Here is a very simple way for you to share this app:
- Open the ERA Real Estate App
- Select “Send this App” on the main menu
- Type in number of the person who you want to send the app to
- Hit “Send”
- You’re done!
Now, all your recipient has to do is open the new message that they just received and click on the link to download the ERA app!
Also, if you had your own branded ERA app and did these same steps, your clients/potential client would now have your app (with your branding throughout) on their phones. With that all their calls and emails would go directly to you!
