We’re at the Rhode to Success Summit & Expo!
Today we join more than 500 real estate professionals at the 4th Annual Rhode to Success Summit & Expo presented by the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and State-Wide MLS.
This morning, attendees heard an economic and real estate market update from NAR’s Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. Yun’s presentation will be followed by engaging sessions on listing syndication, top producers, real estate flipping and more.
Smarter Agent will be on the exhibit hall floor demonstrating how to make the most of the RI Living mobile application. The RI Living mobile app enables RI Living members and their clients to search all available properties in the MLS from any mobile device.
At today’s event, RI Living members will have the opportunity to upgrade the app to a custom branded app for free for the first 60-days. The custom branded app offers the same great search features of the RI Living app, plus it’s branded with the name, company name and contact information of the agent or broker. With a custom app, all leads come back to that agent or broker. That means, when an app user finds a property they love, it’s that agent or broker who they call or email with a simple touch of a button.
