Thanks to both his own due diligence and the widespread reach of his app, he still receives on average 2 leads per week directly through his app from clients and prospects looking to view a property.

He encourages his clients to drive around their desired neighborhoods and lookup homes they find on their travels. Then, when they find it in their app, they can contact John directly to schedule a tour.

This has been especially important for his commercial real estate clients.

“One commercial client can equal three or four residential clients – and I’ve had several deals close thanks to the app,” John said. He loves how quickly the app allows him to respond to incoming requests, which puts his stressed-out clients at ease during the complicated buying or selling processes.
