Triple Play 2012… Real Estate is Looking Up!
I just returned to the office after spending 2 days at this year’s Triple Play Realtor Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City.
My first impression is that if the Expo floor traffic is any sign of the current economy then we’re all in for some busy times ahead! The floor seemed to be packed with real estate professionals who were looking for cutting edge technology services to add to their 2013 business plans.
It was nice to see so many familiar faces as this could be considered our ‘home town show.’ The Smarter Agent brand was not only very well recognized but people told us that they remember us from exhibiting at this show 5-7 years ago! Think about that – we have been selling our Branded app for longer than most Realtors have known about the word ‘app.’ The world of mobile continues to evolve and Smarter Agent is still leading the way.
Five years ago the our app worked on the original iPhone and Blackberry devices, not everyone had either. Today most everyone has a smart phone and tomorrow more people will, and there there is the iPad. It is becoming more important for you to be where your client base is – and your clients are mobile.
