In case you haven’t noticed people are using their mobile devices more and more. It’s really all in the numbers, but unfortunately not everyone sees trends and makes the right adjustments.
Research shows people are using mobile devices more than a desktop/laptop to get information they are looking for. In fact, according to a recent article from comScore ‘mobile apps accounted for more than half of all digital media time spent in May, coming in at 51%.’
This report comes right on the heels of a REALTOR® tech survey from NAR. According to their report, which was produced by the Center for REALTOR® Technology, 72% of agents are not happy with the amount of web leads received and 64% of brokers are not happy with amount of web leads received!
We all know that doing the same thing over and over, while expecting different results, is well…not really the best practice. While SEO is certainly important for your website, giving home buyers the best user experience to get information from their mobile devices is something you need to consider. A recent article from the online analytics firm Flurry says native apps ‘continue to dominate’ when compared to mobile web.
